Treasurer’s Report
  • Checking and Savings Reports were provided by Missy Noelken.
 
Old Business
  • There was a motion to change the calendar year for membership because of confusion of when to pay dues.
 
New Business
  • Motion set forth by Mike Mantia to change fiscal year of membership dues, another member seconded the motion. Current membership will expire October 2009.
 
  • Buzz Book questionnaire was passed out because of difficulty maintaining current member information.
 
  • Jerry Hitzhusen spoke about the failed contract of the Springfield, IL hotel and why they moved the Midwest Symposium to St. Louis. The new location of Midwest Symposium (April15-17, 2009) is at the Sheraton Westport. He said hotel rooms would be $109/room. He requested help from St. Louisan’s for marketing and presenters at the next conference. He would like TRAGSL to do a booth again. A total of 2.0 CEU’s will be available. 
 
  • Discussion about audits for NCTRC and if anyone knew how long it took after paperwork was submitted.
 
  • Heidi Sanders stated that she shredded old treasury documents.
